Karen's practice is focused on estate planning, estate administration (probate), and guardianship law. Some of the services she provides include preparing Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, and specialized trusts such as Gun Trusts and Special or Supplemental Needs Trusts.  Karen graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law and has an undergraduate degree from East Tennessee State University, magna cum laude.  She is licensed in the jurisdictions of North Carolina and Tennessee.  She is a member of the NC State Bar, the NC Bar Association, the 30th Judicial Bar of North Carolina, and the Tennessee State Bar, and has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Tennessee.  She is a member of WealthCounsel® attorneys.
